Welcome to Ericeira, Portugal, the only world surfing reserve in Europe. We have been living in this cute fishing village turned surf mecca/digital nomad hub for a few months now. It is argued that this little town in Portugal is the surf capital of Europe. It is safe to say, Ericeira stole our hearts. This was shot on a Sony a6300 and a very average mid zoom lens from tamron. Very basic stuff but did the job!

@@lukebohemian Brexit is a shame that the English will have to live whenever they are in Europe. What an absurd thing! And for what? For now England is making an economic alliance with the US to fight the 'Trade War' against China. Shameful. The English are European and England should be in the EU with the virtues and difficulties of the Union. Brexit is incomprehensible.

Just subscribed! I'm heading to Portugal in January and I'm torn about whether to stay in Ericeira or Peniche or Nazare..... not a surfer just want to be around other young people and explore! Lmk if you have any thoughts!

Ericeira has the most atmosphere and is only 1 hour from Lisbon. If you have car Peniche and Nazare are easy day trips :)

Thanks Chris! I use a rag tag piece of kit atm 😅 shot with a Sony a6300 and my main lens is a tamron 18-50 2.8 (canon mount) which I connect with a sigma adapter 🤷🏼‍♂️

All portugal is for nordic People. Too expensive now everywhere in portugal. Just cool for nordic People that earn lot of Money in their own countries and comes in portugal, living as always Like tourists.

@@lukebohemian no one video. Im. A worker in portugal and economic situation is hard now for high cost of life and rents. Salary here in portugal, apart nordic people is different. for other People that not living all year or for some montlife as tourist is totally different. So i think that this video is amazing to see for everybody to dream. Real life is different in portugal. Maybe good life for digital nomads or tourists. Other People go to visit Ericeira one day Like me and back home. But its ok. Just a nice touristic suggestions for People Who wants travel
