Portugal is one of the oldest nations in Europe. It was a great world power in the 15th century. It's people circumnavigated the globe then and continue to do so now. In the 15th century they were searching for trade routes and mutually beneficial economic agreements {trade} between those they encountered and Europe. Today Portuguese still manage to "circumnavigate the glo be". This time as the country faced economic decline as a result of the loss of a once proud Empire; more in search of economic prosperity and opportunity for themselves individually then for a collective. The motive hasn't changed and for the Portuguese never will. A brave and enterprising people whose culture and values are admired and appreciated wherever they venture.

I choked up - my parents are immigrants and came to america with nothing. Now i'm in medical school and I'm gonna be a great doctor and take care of them when they're older

I'd imagine that the courts are closed at least where I live they've closed all the schools until May 1st. As well as state buildings some stores are limiting the amount of people who can go in at the same time as well as limiting the amount of certain products you can buy

All courts are closed now except emergency cases... and most of those are done by phone to a judge.

The judge was out of line telling the husband he was the one who put his wife in the hospital for not giving him protection money for the card board box he makes her sleep in
