Part 178 of The Best of Railfanning, Plane Spotting, and Many More series, showcasing the NY Central J-3a Hudson in Train Sim & Train and rail yard simulator.
The locomotive was built in 1937 and is commonly known as the "Hudson". It can reach a top speed of 123 miles per hour, and the base model is the 4-6-4. All were retired and scrapped by 1957; none are preserved.
Ride on View is included in both games, but passenger pickup is not included in Train and rail yard simulator due to door malfunctions on the last car.
