In this video we take our brand new motorhome for some great new wheels and tyres. We love the look and feel of the new tyres and wheels, they've really improved the ride quality of the motorhome. We can't wait to take them on some more adventures!
We fitted Oz alloys MSW 48's with BFG KO2 all terrain tyres.

When they were strapped down they didnt budge and its good that we are in the maxi chassis so the payload in the garage is unbelievable!! Thanks for the comment and glad you like the new wheels!

Great video can I assume your MSW 48 wheels are 16” with 225/75/16 tyres fitted?

Hi Great video and love the wheels. Quick question did your van have tyre pressure sensors? If yes did you use the old ones, turn them off or have to buy and fit new? TIA

I highly recommend that you remove them & add copperslip grease between the alloy wheel & the steel brake discs... I have the same wheels & tyres on mine (great so far) - but mine weren't greased when fit (typical of grease monkey tyre garages) & were an absolute bar steward to remove. Would have needed a break down call out if I'd of had a puncture. Good luck.

Thanks...We went to Reading becuase we got a really good deal on three sets and we got to spend a night away. Its a really nice area down there!

Thanks buddy - yes its a new one, just registered. We placed an order for an automatic version earlier this year but kept getting put back and put back so in the end did a deal for the showroom van which was available at a really good price😁 I think the wait now though is 14 months from order and the prices have gone through the roof.

Hi are you planning on alternating the KO2’s in the winter with Fiat Michelins in the summer? Cheers Shaun.

That's the plan! Ill keep these on until spring and then change back to the others in the Autumn. It means i can alternate the tyres around as well to get the best wear throughouth the year and it keeps the look fresh through the seasons.😁

Just about to order similar Alloys & Tyres from same company. Thought I’d check with the insurance to see if there will be any increase in premium. They want £150.00🥵. I’ve got a new Adria with same alloys as yours. I can’t believe the cost . If you don’t mind me asking did your insurance increase as much ? Cheers Shaun.

They were about £1300 if I remember right - rogue alloys though always have a 10% deal running so give them a call and ask for best price.

Funnily enough you can actually do the nc500 with the standard tyres, all terrain tyres are not needed to do it as funnily enough all the roads are tarred up there.
