REAL and UNIQUE Pad Thai that only locals know!!!! I proundly present you my favorite Pad Thai in the back street of my old house, been there over 30 years, selling only Pad Thai. Open at 4 ,sold out at 7. Local Thais in the area love it so much, I love it so much. Kevin also love it.

I’m impressed by Kevin for mentioning the heat of the wok. In Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore, we refer that as “wok hey” meaning the breath of the fire & wok that produces the smoky charred taste.

Learned alot from this video, also great idea to get a foreigner’s point of view of the local’s way. Learned that food from touristy areas are altered to adapt to foreign tastes. Really appreciate you also putting the google map it is way easier 😊 hopefully other old videos will be edited with captions since i as a new subscriber I watch even the old videos

Great vid on Pad Thai. Is Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) also considered a "tourist" Thai dish or do the locals actually eat this? If so, where's the best Pad Kee Mao in Bangkok and can you make a video on it. For that matter, how's about a vid on the best Crab fried rice in Bangkok (where the locals go, and please have Emmy in it she's a babe!)

ผัดไทซอยประดู่ อาม่าผัดสไตล์แห้งหอมกระทะ เจ้านี้อร่อยจริง อย่างพี่มาร์กวีนส์ก็เคยมาที่นี่นานมาแล้วและเป็นผัดไทที่แกชอบจริงๆด้วยเพราะแห้งๆไม่มันไม่เลี่ยนน้ำมัน ย่านฝั่งนั้นยังมีร้านผัดไทสุมาลีซอยเซ็นหลุยส์3(สาทร11) เป็นอีกที่ครับที่อยากแนะนำผัดแห้งหอมกระทะเหมือนกันครับ พี่เพชรไปโดนก็บอกอร่อย ผมก็ชอบเหมือนกันครับ แต่ถ้าย่านอื่นๆด้วยอยากให้ไปลองผัดไทนรกแตกครับ เห็นไปกินกันเยอะละอยากลองบ้างดูแตกต่างดีน่าจะมีทีเด็ด

From my experience, the taste and quality of Pad Thai is very inconsistent depending on who is cooking it! It is very hard to find good Pad Thai especially here in Southern California, even with the largest Thai expat population outside of Thailand.

Its all westernized for like 12-15 dollars in CA. It's a sad joke. I never eat Thai food in America because its not legit and the price is cringe.
