I’ve been wanting to get into indie brands, and the Coastal palette was my first purchase. Like you said, it seemed neutral enough that I would get a lot of use out of it, but what I really loved was that they organized the shades in a way that makes sense for use with the six different color families of three. That makes me actually excited to use it because I won’t be overwhelmed by choices.

I feel this so much. I'm newer to using color and Indie brands are the ones that have inspired me to do it. Blend Bunny has great layouts too that don't feel overwhelming. Fantasy Cosmetica has a couple of palettes that could land in the "spicy neutral" look too and they're mostly 9 pan so again, not overwhelming. Just a couple more brand recs. I hope you enjoy Coastal!

I don't have a specific palette for summer, but I do mix in a lot of punchy pinks in my make up during the hot months. It goes super well with purples or burgundys for a more elegant evening eye, or with some jungle green or stand-alone for a look that says 'look at me' 😅.

I’ve been using the JP Warrior palette, SG Tiny Marvels, CP You’re Golden & Not a box of Chocolates😍 The packaging for the Garfield palette looks adorable! Glamlite has an amazing formula. I have their Mikayla, Hersheys Kiss, Hersheys Bar & Scooby Doo Creepy Crawly Things. This was such a fun video. Hope you have a great day today 😊❤️💄

I’m excited to play with the Basic Witch palette by Bella Beaute Bar and the Planet Spirit collab palette with Batty Bean and Oden’s Eye. I think Basic Witch will be perfect for summer despite the Halloween theming.

Oh, it's summer time in warm states already. We've been 80-95F regularly in Northern CA since early May. Your eyeshadow is so pretty! I thought u had the Avatar Water palette on, but was surprised it was Fresh Prince. Didn't know such a pretty blue look could be made. 😊 Some of my fav summer palettes: CP all-matte quad She's a Natural + SS Amaze or Runyon, JP Afrogalactic, CP C-3PO, CP Wanna Bee, Glamlite Choco Martini, Dieverune Dewdrops, UE Dead of Night, and my Devinah and Nomad singles. Pretty sure my Avatar Air, Water, and Earth palettes, and the Sokka gel will become favs, but gotta test them out more. 😁💖

The weather definitely feels like summertime here. We're hitting 99° through until next week. We skipped Spring. In the summer, i usually do just a one and done eye look, with a cream or stick shadow. My favorite is the Charlotte Tilbury cream shadow in the color Pillowtalk. You can do perfect looks with the High Temp palette. They'd look amazing on you. The Garfield palette is so nice. I just love the Smokin' Hot palette. I personally could take 2 shades an have an everyday eye look. I may grab it. The Pyro palette has some amazing colors. Great choices, Rachel. 🔥🌡🌞🏖💛❤️

These are all amazing! Blooming Baskets and Nueva Vida are staples. An absolute summer must have is the Aloha palette from Klarity Kosmetics. Also (prob unpopular), the ABH Riviera palette. I think it's one of their best. I have my eye on the Alter Ego Mystique and one of the new Klarity Kosmetics Mermaizing ones. I needed a vacation!!! ❤😂🏝

I love these kind of videos. I have the glamlite Garfield palette, Rick and Morty, and Dedes signature blooming basket palette. I love the glamlite palettes. The one from Dede’s signature is pretty but the mattes are difficult To work with, the shimmers are really nice though.

I love the ColourPop big palette quality too. Smoke n Roses is my fave and is so versatile it works for all seasons for me but I def prefer it for summer 😊 Thanks for your summer palette list! Love this collection of summery palettes! You've definitely got me thinking. My mind went to my Scooby Doo palette by Glamlite, Solemane II by Oden's Eye, Candy Shop palette by Juvia's Place, St. Tropez, Amalfi and Take me to Ibiza palettes by BH Cosmetics and also my Evil Mermaid palette by Klarity Cosmetics. And there's a bunch of Colour Pop Palettes I thought of including my Barbie and Lush Life palette....and a bunch of others. I have too many palettes. I just shifted into a no buy/ low buy again. Luckily I ordered from the Avatar collection and the “Coastal” palette. I am not buying from Unearthly until shipping issues improve. I am tired of paying for brokerage for every palette because they don’t ship complete. I love the Garfield “Lasagne” and the “smokin’ hot” palette. I also like the “Precious Metals” collection. “Nueva Vida” is really inspiring. I really like Viseart’s summer themed palettes as well. Thank you Rachel ❤❤

How does the Rick and Morty compare to the Blend Bunny Surge color story wise?

Blend Bunny def has more range in terms of depth, both light & deeper shades, more grungy! Rick & Morty has more neons overall where Surge just has one row of neons!
