minced beef/chicken - 200 gr,
onions - 100 gr,
spinach - 50 gr,
sun-dried tomatoes - 50 g,
vegetable oil - 40 g,
salt, pepper, dry garlic
Any kind of cheese - 60 g,
Parmesan cheese - 40 gr
For the sauce:
Sour cream - 80 gr,
mustard - 20 gr,
salt, pepper,
warm water - 200 ml
