I think Nabers’ ranking is more a reflection of how people feel about Daniel Jones more than a reflection of Malik’s talent

I agree that should be the focus of the analysis but I also think it’s overblown. Daniel Jones is bad because he doesn’t see pressure, fumbles a lot, etc. But he was able to execute while healthy in a timing offense in 2022 and was accurate too. He’s a good enough passer to be servicable for fantasy receivers, the Giants receivers have just been atrocious apart from Slayton who has been solid and Bellinger who showed flashes. Without Saquon and Waller and the size of Singletary I could see them looking to throw more of their small amount of TDs to WRs but also Nabers can take them to the house himself.

Metcalf and Kupp feel like bigger 4th round steals than Smith. Everything else I 100% agree. But of course that might change, we got a long ways to go

@@marklambert1790 Mostly because I believe he's a better receiver on a better team, with a better QB and with Kellen Moore coming in I expect better play volume and pace as far as why I like him over Metcalf. As far as Kupp, I don't trust 32 year old WRs with long injury histories and when Kupp and Puka played together last year I don't feel like Kupp's output suggests he's worth picking over Smith with the increased age and injury concerns.

Is anyone concerned about Henry’s age, the ravens downgrade at O-line (lost 3 out of 5 starters), and the tough run defense schedule? Love Henry just wanna weigh the good and bad.

Agreed. Even with the downgrades the Ravens OL is better than the Titans were last year, plus the offense is still a massive upgrade and the boost of playing with Lamar.

Great vid! Agonizing over this one: 10 team PPR, 3WR, 2 Flex. Picking 7th (I have no 1st round pick, but 2 6th round picks). Keep one: Ceedee in the 2nd, Gibbs in the 3rd or Achane in the 13th.

Tossup between Ceedee and Achane. Also depends on how you project your league's keepers. If you think WRs are going to be more shallow I probably go Ceedee. If you think RBs will be shallow keep Achane. The 3 WR and PPR make me kind of lean Ceedee but I'm not nuts for Achane like some are, if you're nuts for Achane then keep him. Honestly just get your guys I honestly don't know if you can make a wrong choice here. Who do you like and how do you want to structure your team. Achane is better value proposition though.

@@Zagarth12 Yeah, I would say most likely. Always know your league tho. I play in a league where you get 1qb, 2rb 2wr 1te 1flx and 1OP the OP stands for offensive player which effectively makes if a superflex. But ESPN site doesn't change the rankings on the draft thing and I had the 7th pick and went Josh Allen, Jalen Hurts my first two picks and pretty much moonwalked to the chip. Unfortunately thats not a money league but still, this person could play in a league where everyone keeps RBs because half em are 60 year old dudes.

Not to nit pick, but didn't you say to avoid Pickens because Pittsburgh has no other weapons so teams will shadow him? Why wouldn't it be the same case with Nabers?

Nick! Im in a 8 team league. (My fellow guys do not want to add anyone despite my efforts) There is a complete void of content and advice out there for 8 team leagues! And i believe they have to be drafted a little different. One video on the subject would help millions and is an untapped market! Would love your insight. As always thanks for the content!

2nd year viewer here. Great content. I don’t get Derrick Henry though. 30 years old, 2000 Carrie’s and Ravens lost 3 offensive lineman. 1,2,3 strikes..Henry’s out. I have him second only to D Adams as worst pick first 3 rounds. Not even close. Rest of you takes agreed heavily upon, everyone. Late rounders..QB’s/Rb’s you have are great except..Bigsby looks bad right now…and where the hell is this years league winner in Chargers Vidal? I doubt Dobbins makes team and 29 year old, zero receptions, waiting to get injured Gus Edwards stand little chance. I’ve followed Chargers for over 40 years. I don’t see either of these free agents doing anything. Free agents backs signed by other teams is the kiss of death anyway. Vidal to the moon!!!!!!

The general consensus amongst all these draft guys that I'm watching (mainly nick of course) is that Harrison is going a little too high in all drafts. The kid is still a rookie.

If you drafted him last year then you had a 32% chance of making playoffs compared to an average of 37%. So bad, but many were worse. The difference this year is that the entire situation is improved. He’s the same player we talked about before, just with a better coach, QB and schedule
