One of the most common things people hire me for is to help them enjoy some aspect (or all aspects) of their life more without sacrificing productivity or results. They all talk about it in different ways, but essentially what they're asking is for advice on how to live more in flow more of the time.
When we are in the flow of life, everything seems effortless. We find ourselves doing just the right amount of just the right thing at just the right time. We lose self-consciousness and get fully engaged in the task at hand. We feel capable, because when we are in the flow of life, we genuinely are.
In today's video, I share a few simple ways of talking about how simple it is to live in flow.
