For the last few months I have been dealing with neck and shoulder pain, which I suspected was being caused by my old pillow setup. So I set out to find a new memory foam pillow that was adjustable and would support my head in its proper position. I'm glad I did, since after using for about a month now it is my go to pillow and has almost completely resolved my neck and shoulder pain. In the past I had tried other pillows as well including the MyPillow, but I found the MyPillow to be too lumpy and couldn't get used to it.
