Gonzo travels to visit Ant and look at his fabulous T2 by Steve Richie. Amazing attention to detail on everything from the cabinet to the wiring look makes this a truly outstanding pinball machine.

That is just absolutely *STUNNING* !! T2 was the first pinball I really played when it came out, had always previously only played video games, they had this table at Pleasure Island in Liverpool where we used to play Quasar (amongst a few other places, one in Southport as well, tho it was very tired last time I saw it years ago.). If I could only own one table, this would be it.

I had to take a minute to wipe the slobber off of my keyboard after watching this video Gonz. There are clearly no words to describe something like this other than "pure perfect art". In fact, I would be scared to death of actually playing it and risk damaging such perfection. Obviously, there's only 2 questions I want answered: 1) How much did it cost and 2) How many total hours invested. My guess is that there probably isn't a price short of well into 6 digits (dollar-wise) that would come close to estimating cost of the labor involved. Literally every screw and bolt down to the very back of the cabinet (that no one sees) are perfect.
@anth7709
@anth7709 2 жыл бұрын
Thanks for feedback, I really appreciate it. To answer your questions, In regards to cost, I wasn’t really keeping count. As I did 95% of the work, labour costs wasn’t really an issue as it was just my spare time. The biggest expense was the chroming for sure, followed by the new playfield. One thing I do regret was not keeping track of the man hours I spent on it. I worked on it, on and off for last 12 months. Going forward with my Addams Family restore, I’m definitely noting down the hours I spend on that 👍🏻
