Enjoyed the video. For La Goma, could you clarify what you meant by "what you get is totally random"? Besides the Salmorejo, were there other LOCAL dishes that were vegan/vegetarian friendly? Of the places you showcased in this video, would it to be fair to assume that La Goma came the closest to being a good mix of local AND vegan? Thank you once again for this fab video!

Hi - thank you so much for watching! Yes, La Goma and El Piano are top of our recommendations for veggie-vegan local food. El Piano has a lot of local dishes, all made totally plant-based, and the bonus here is that you order whatever you want from the menu. By 'totally random' we mean that the dishes that you receive are free with the tapas and you don't order them, they just arrive at the table with your drinks. So it is dependent on what the kitchen have ready for the server to bring to your table. But these dishes are all authentic, local tapas dishes so it's a great experience! 💚

El Piano appears in a bunch of lists but your video is the only one I’ve come across that highlights La Goma - and interestingly enough, it seems like the place that does the intersection of local and vegetarian the best. I appreciate the clarification on what you meant by “totally random”. I am actually off alcohol temporarily so I am hoping I still get tapas with a mocktail! Thank you once again.
