I love that you're experimenting. Not really a great fan tho of the knife cam. It doesn't give me the same ASMR and zen tingles i normally get from the video. But the rest of this video was amazing again. Your videos help me get through the day and help me get to sleep.

Hello ! I enjoy seeing various ways of cooking and my favorite part is how different cooks around the world maneuver their fire. I liked how you put charcoal on top of the cooking pot to bake your food at the same time from the top to the bottom it looks like you created your own outdoor oven. My question is where was the idea of putting burning charcoal on top of your closed pot to cook your food came from ? I'm very curious of how it came to your mind. Thank you ! Bart, from Paris.

Hello, the answer is very simple, you don't really need expensive equipment, just a pot and a frying pan and everything is possible. The idea itself was created through trial and error 😉🍻
