I think gust should be 1° , and there's why: 1-High damage (350%) 2-Low cooldown (10s) 3-Still doing damage when the wind is still showing. 4-Easy to get (35 level points in total) And tornado misses a lot, I thought it would be the 7°

My gust is 1 and it only do 350 damage once

Fun fact: the lighting link ability has a very small chance to make all other players expect u to see u glowing in colors of the rainbow!
