The Best Rare Champion Healers Worth Maxing | Raid Shadow Legends
There's not a TON of Rare Champions that are worth maxing out, but these are the ones I think that are best. Some are situational for things like faction wars, but others are amazing everywhere. Apothecary, Painkeeper and Reliquary Tender being a cut above the rest, but plenty of interesting options like Mycolus, Abyssal and Avir the Archmage.

There may have been a error when going over mycolus. Both his skills that heal say they are based on a percentage of "their" hp, not "this champions" hp.

Hey deadwood, just pulled a visier from my ancients and was thinking about a demytha unkillible with her , seeker, high katun , visier and fayne as it will up the damage so much with the extended poisons, weaken, DD too with fayne? Would you be able to find a way for this to work and create a video as I don’t have recourses on my ftp to make it happen?

Mother Superior was my first healer in the game.I actually have her fully maxed out with masteries...to be honest don't use her anymore, except for anytime i wanna have fun some fun with Ironclad's passive

Painkeeper really made Dark Elves FW 63stars all possible. Kept my Kaiden, Visix, ColdHeart and Kael healthy through the stages

A honorable mention here, a Rare disguised as an Uncommon: Commander of the Banner Lords is an incredible healer and TM booster (in fast Curing/Immortal gear). Allowed me to get FW21 pretty early on...

How do you have her geared ? Curing is a 4 set and immunity is a 4 set too. I haven't seen immortal gear.

I got Fang Cleric before Kaiden. Had Painkeeper but needed the revive. He is actually also quite decent. Sidenote: the one thing I love about FW is how it made me go look for hidden gems. Love to see my buddy Abyssal here :)

Thanks for another great video DWJ! I think another worthy mention would have to be Castigator (one of the rares from the Tatura fusion). His heal/ hp balance is superior to Sinesha's. Not a crazy healer like Apoth but he's doing some work in FW for me :D

Nice to see Mycolus covered! I built him up for FW. He was decent. Decent enough that I was surprised not to see a video on him at the time.

Hi! First time watching one of your videos, though I have seen you on a couple group chats with Ash, etc. Just got my first Mycolus, and your guide was really helpful, but a small correction from 8:30: the A2 ability “Fungal Privilege” only heals all allies by 10% of *their* max HP. You can stack HP for his self-shield, but I would argue that there’s a case for stacking Atk, Crit, & C Dmg for the A1 heal, especially if you will be getting repeat heals from Relentless, Avenging, or Retaliation sets, or have him in a Lifesteal set. Since he takes 4% of total group damage aside from his own (5% mitigation, 4 members=80%), I’d still do tanky, but balanced with significant DPS.

13:19, that champ helped me progress thru normal tower. once i had a reliable heal+decrease at then my progress was a lot smoother.

Nice vid. Mother Superior is someone I took to 60 because she was my only healer back then and I still use her two years later. BTW Mycolus heals based on their hp, not his. Well, going by what was on the screen.

True. Thought I said that, but the shield is based on his HP. Good to hear mother superior is…well…superior 🤣

I do believe the shield is based off the allies' own HP. Now I know that some champions' skills are badly worded, so if the ACTUAL in-game shield is different, then I'm wrong, and I apologise, but the wording does NOT say that it's based on Mycolus' HP. Look at Pain Keeper's heal (19:40) "Based on this champion's HP".

Not sure if it's been said yet, but I came to this video for Mycolus info. I think that you've misread the information and that the phrasing "their" means it's the move is healing based off the champion receiving the heal HP

Hexweaver. Increase crit rate and speed on one ability. Decrease acc on a1. %15 aoe heal. Solid champ. Worth books.

I'm new and cam across Lamibur, who seems pretty good He brings turn meter fill of an ally from s1, aoe hot on S2, and a 25% max hp heal with revive on death for S3. Any thoughts here? He's basically the only thing I have right now.

I'm a bit confused about your explanation of Mycolus's kit It says "their max hp" which usually means ally's max hp, not the healer's max hp. Abyssal works the same, 15% of ally max hp which you explained correctly. I'm confused why you said Mycolus's heal is based on his hp ?

Geargrinder - is good as well. decent/good healing, a res, small continuous heal on himself (needs to crit on his a1)

@@DeadwoodJedi can confirm he's really good he soloed the second boss on fw for me at level 50 and helped me progress. took a while of course but i got a good laugh out of it.

@@DeadwoodJedi His AOE heal is relatively weak compared to other healers, but it does help and he does double duty as a reviver (the only reviver in Ogryn faction beside Uugo, who can only revive if she is the last one standing). He is tanky enough to do the job at 5 stars though.

I think you missed Demytha, I think a lot of people overlooked her ability to heal allies fully. I believe she blows most of these champs out of the water, her is that strong.

My cousin has 3 Apos at 60 and mega build - his arena defence team - I don't think he ever gets attacked! They just constantly heal each other!

@@DeadwoodJedi all good brother. Except, now you have to max him for champ training today and showcase him. Now that you know he exists, you can do a serious showcase on an amazing rare nobody is talking about.
