D-ribose is a simple sugar used by body builders... I personally used it as a cancer patient which was taken to supply the main organs with energy since wasting (cachexia) was a big concern. The theory is that even though D-Ribose is a sugar it is not one that supplies cancer cells with energy for the production of lactic acid, however I’ve not been able to locate a study confirming that. So the only proof I can offer is from personal experience... before cancer weight was 240-245lbs 6’4”, not fat, at the lowest point with cancer 135lbs.. all blood tests revealed all organs working within proper parameters so one final point. Can only suggest that people with issues research, research and then continue to research you will learn what’s garbage and what’s is gold.. last thing, prayer was the main part of the whole trip GOD runs the show.. :-)

d-mannose is another simple sugar, it does not raise blood sugar because it can't be "processed" by the body other than passing it through. The benefit is against e coli caused urinary tract infections. The e coli love the sugar and attach to it, then get peed out. At least that's the story I've heard. I did use it years ago and it seemed to help resolve the UTI I had at the time.

And Tumeric powder did the magic. I now add it to most of my diets. I decided to share it so that someone may also be liberated from this pain. What hurt me most was when it woke me up from sleep Jesus Lord have mercy. As a matter of fact I always hard this strong feeling to purchase turmeric and that was never a mistake. Since I started eating turmeric I'm now free. Glory be to the highest 🙏 🙌. Other routines are: 1. Cut down on salt 2. Cut down or avoid meat 3.add garlic, cinnamon stimes to my diet 4.avoid carbohydrates foods after 5pm 5. Exercise and singing a lot 6. More relaxation n quiet time 7. Drink quite warm water first in morning All these I believe have really helped my healing and opening clogged arteries and other valves. Stay blessed 🙌.

All the cardiologists, all the doctors I had to see in the last 3 years should give their diploma back or they must come here and LEARN from Dr. Berg! Just sitting here, and learn... After his presentations probably they will know more about how the heart works, and they will have more ideas how to fix their patient's heart problems. I think that would be awesome!

June 2021: 76 yo male, I had my very first AF. Of course meds were prescribed, but the Flecainide gave me gas, and I never did start the Eliquis; I keep those as a 'pill in the pocket' (with Dr's okay). After doing research and seeing Dr Berg's videos, I finally realized that my Potassium has been low (per blood labs over 8 years); AF came after a sweaty workout earlier. So I started using Dr Berg's Electrolyte Powder (Lemonade, good!), sometimes 32oz in a day, and as of 5/3/22 I have not had a single AF episode. I use Dr Berg's powder because it seems to be the cleanest one available, balanced, and with the highest potassium content. (I am not being paid to say that) Sept 2021, stress test, and Drs decided I needed 6 stents, right and LAD. Stopped prasugrel after 6 months, stopped Crestor after 3. One month later I'm starting to get rid of the horrible issues caused by those chemicals. I've started (trying to, not easy) Keto and IF, and I think that's working good. And cycling for 10 miles in Florida heat feels good again!

My wife had AF for the first time in her life after the Pfizer vaccine. She had another episode after the second dose of it and was then put on to medication for the AF. She was mandated to have a booster, and suffered another AF episode shortly afterwards. Her cardiologist reckons it’s not linked to the vaccine though, unbelievable 😢

@c.m.303
@c.m.303 6 ай бұрын
@@DH-dh2nj They did nothing...they seriously acted like the PVC's didn't matter one bit. Of course they'd run a ton of expensive tests, sent me on my way, and sent the bill. After playing this gave for far too long, I took a turn for the worse, terrible fatigue and a ton of symptoms. I decided to just go 100% in, studying everything I could and just listing and comparing symptoms and studies...and trial by error. What I found is that I may have picked up a bacteria that can be transmitted by a fly or a tick. After the first day of treatment I could already start to feel the difference, and the PVC's stopped. I now believe that PVC's can be a sign that there is an infection or bacteria, gut issues or something along those lines that is throwing everything off. The problem is that the medicines all affect those areas, they block vitamins and nutrient absorption, and change microbiom, they make us weaker and more susceptible to not being able to fend off the next bacteria. And don't get me started on the side effects! But anyway, as to your question, the medicine field has changed. Do your research and pray for a way to treat yourself, and then proactively search for it where God leads you. And start a garden to grow both medicinal and nutritional food.

I will now add d-ribose. But I've had great success with a specific brand of magnesium called NATURAL VITALITY CALM. It is very affordable when purchased online (half of the healthfood store price). I've used it for years and use only a tiny amount, much less than the recommended dosage (WHICH IS HUGE) such that a single $25. 16 ounce bottle lasts me many months. (I use 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. per day.) My severe arrhythmia was brought under control in just a week when I first started using it about 15 years ago, and I've had no problems since. But I am very lethargic, and perhaps the d-ribose will help in that regard.

Excellent points....very helpful....thankyou. After taking a high strength K2 mk7 for about 10 days I started to experience PVC's on exertion. I am 65 and found this quite disturbing. As this was the only new thing in my regime I stopped taking K2. I then did countless online searches and came across a forum and KZfaq video where quite a few people were getting the same side effects using K2. Here's what may be causing the problem...loss of magnesium in the heart muscle cell during heavy exercise leaves a space that gets taken up with calcium instead...the K2 seems to confuse calcium channels to leech out of calcium cells (remember K2 releases calcium from muscle and soft tissue)which then jump into magnesium receptor.this causes premature contractions in parts of the heart muscle not regulated by normal his bundle. calcium contracts...magnesium relaxes.... and the heart muscle uses magnesium taurate .... I solved my arrhythmia by obtaining magnesium taurate and making up a cup each day with hot water plus 500 mg which I sipped throughout the day...I also made up another batch to use in a sprayer...which I applied over my upper chest arms and legs....the skin will also absorb magnesium. It took about a week before these pvc's stopped..now I can cycle and exercise again without issues...incidentally I found no problems with mk4.

Look into sleep apnea. It might not be the heart waking you up, but your oxygen being cut off. If you're found t have sleep apnea, know in advance its difficult adjusting to wearing the CPAP, but its worth it. Not taking in the right amount of air in our sleep puts a lot of stress on the heart. Also, in the night our kidneys flush (around 3am), and that adds stress on the heart. I got my vitamin D levels tested and it turned out it was very high so I stopped eating cheese because i though it might be a calcium problem. I think it all depends on the dosage. If the dosage is one capsule of 750 milligrams 3 times a day, then it is unlikely that it will reach the end products of glycation; it will all turn into new additional ATP molecules. If you consume it with spoons instead of sugar, then of course there may be problems.

@@CountryBoyTnn - well, it worked for awhile then I started gaining a lot of water weight for some reason. And the initial effects of more sramina just weren't happening anymore. I'm kind of a supplements butterfly. I stay with a few very long term but many supplements I'm just a tourist in. I visit them for awhile then I'm gone. For example, I did two bottles of NMN but it didn't do me any good and at $40 a bottle, I decided it wasn't worth it. I liked the D-Ribose Malate better than the non-malate kind. Seems like that was more effective. Whenever I see a supplement with Malate as a bound agent, I choose it over the one without that. I watched a video on Malate and I liked what I saw. I'm kind of thinking that the improvement in stamina might have all been due to malate. I'm using Astaxanthin right now. That supplement has REALLY helped me. I have definitely added that one to my supplement stack.

I've had cardiac arrhythmia and PVCs for decades and refuse meds from cardiologists. I swear by D-Ribose powder 5000 mg a day from LifeExt. I also take L-Taurine which acts as good or better than calcium channel blockers, for me at least, need with the D-Ribose. Just recently I skipped the D-Ribose for about a week and experienced almost constant arrhythmia until I figured out that possibly the D-Ribose had something to do with it. Only thing is that if you are checking your sugar levels you have to take it into consideration that D-Ribose can affect them.

Dr Berg. I've suffered with AF for many years. After coming across a study on Pub Med on the efficacy of berberine versus amiodarone ( an extremely toxic and dangerous drug ) in the treatment of AF patients. The conclusion was no difference between the two. I came off amiodarone because of side effects and started on berberine hcl which has kept me in SR for 6 months and has deamed a scheduled upcoming ablation unnecessary. Please take a look at it. This could be a total gamechanger in the treatment of AF.

Look and research Dr Carolyn Dean..download her pdf's they are free...(also on KZfaq).its worth a gander.

By some studies in people with heart failure there was a deficiency of B2 vitamin in 28% of them, 36% were deficient in vitamin B6 and there was also people deficient in vitamin B1. So i guess the best aproach would be to take vitamin B complex. Bear on mind that you cannot overdose with Vitamin B.

Digitalis slows the heartbeat, it treats tachycardia which can be part of arrhythmia, but if an irregular heartbeat is already slow it is potentially deadly. It is where Digoxin is sourced. The big difference between the two is an overdose of Digitalis has an inbuilt safety mechanism that the patient will vomit if there are excessive amounts, whereas the extract of Digoxin leaves this behind, it doesn't induce vomiting and Digoxin overdose is a common cause of death because of it. Ironically the powers that be say Digitalis is the poisonous one.

Keto in the short run, but in the long run you'll be sorry if you don't include raw veggies, which are the healing foods (I know from experience).

Magnesium tablets ( around 365-410 mg for adult per day) is good for heart electrophysiology and can help with AF and PVC`s etc. If you are on PPi meds for reflux you need to be careful because they can stop magnesium absorption. In that case you can take Betaine which will acidify the stomach, Trimethylglycine. Betaine -- also called betaine anhydrous, or trimethylglycine (TMG)

I've had some bad episodes of AF over the last four years, pills didn't help. 3 cardioversions instantly got me back into sinus rhythm but they did not solve the underlying problem which was faulty electrics. 1st CV was effective for 2yrs, 2nd was good for 6mths and 3rd only lasted a month. Fortunately my cardiologist referred me to an electrophysical cardiologist about the same time I had my 3rd CV as he feared it would only be a temporary solution. Electrophysiological cardiologist started by saying a 4th CV may not work at all and an RF ablation was the best way to sort out the root cause (everything is probability, never certainty). 5 days before my ablation at the end of January 2022 I went back into bad AF with arterial flutter too. I really wondered in the run up to the procedure if I was going to wake up the following morning. Before the ablation procedure I was told there would be a 60% chance that AF would not return. After the procedure that figure was revised to 90%. An ablation basically burns cells which form errant electrical pathways to the heart, delivering storms where they shouldn't be. In the UK this cost £20k, which included a digital scan of all blood movement around the heart. In the USA I think the same procedure is much more (heard a figure of $300k!!). All I can say is that I am very grateful to the cardiologists. If I had not had their help doubt that I would be here today, or if I was I would be a shadow of myself waiting for the inevitable. BTW, I'm 62. Good luck to anybody in a similar situation. Wish you all the best

I had my second catheter ablation about two months ago for AF. The first I had was for AFlutter. I have one more month of what they call the “blanking period” which is the period of time where no decision is made as to whether your procedure was a success or not. I was doing great until five days ago when the flutter came back and cannot get it to break. This journey, that started with a stroke, is really starting to depress me. I’m only 59 and in good shape, so the doctors tell me. I just hope my electrophysiologist can get me straightened out.

I'm wondering if what you teach here also pertains to bradyarrhythmias? My pulses goes down into the 20's, back up to the 70's, most of the day. My cardiologist is considering a pacemaker. I feel so badly that I'm willing to try anything.

I just want to say how very much I appreciate all you hard work and videos. You have made me understand so much about how my body works. I have a question if you could? I could easily slip into the 1 meal a day thing ( basically doing it ). I drink ( alcohol ) daily, does this mean I don't get any of the benefits of IF Keto etc, or does it still help?

My woman has Cardiac Arrhythmias. She just wore a heart monitor for 14 days to try to see what is going on. No wonder she is a "medico maven." She's always bugging me about going to the doctor for this or that. However, I am a natural guy. I prefer Doctor KZfaq and Web MD to cure all of my ills, real or imagined.

Interesting work about the electro magnetic fields, I sensed this on my own but no doctor or tech person knows what I’m talking about when I bring it up. You can feel the change in the body’s electricity after sitting with a computer device TOO LONG

Will now add d-ribose.
