is the changeable heads really tight to plug in? i cant seem to plug all the way to the end. there is a small gap.

Yes, mine were tight, you need to really force some of them in.

I purchased mine and charged it to 100% as recommended. However, when I use it within 5 minutes or so it goes down to 85%.... Is this normal for all these massage guns, or should I return it?

Idk mine doesn’t read in percentages and mine has plenty of battery life.

I saw somewhere that 30 minutes is the average battery life. So 15% in 5 minutes makes sense.
