Ive been grinding out T Lost runs Aaaaand ive cleared boss rush with it! Got a couple really good runs going last night and was very frustrated to die.. In one i had epic fetus+brimstone (kinda, i had glowing hourglass, curse of the blind, and a joker card and wanted to save the card if i could. Still had brimstone bombs tho) and died to mobbing. In the one that cleared boss rush, i had polyphemus, cursed eye, twisted pair and sag. In both i got glowing hourglass after losing my mantle and couldnt find any more holy cards.
