This was my first time using the Slow N Sear for rotisserie chicken. I'd say it turned out pretty well. A link is provided below if you wanna have a look at the Slow N Sear.
Also in the video I'm using the Weber Kettle 22" along with the Cajun Bandit Rotisserie kit. I'm telling you combining all 3 pieces of equipment makes for some fantastic cooking.
I also want to mention the spice rubs I used were John Henry's. I'm telling you, those rubs MELTED right in the meat, even the breast meat. And it made for a badA chicken salad the next day.
The wood that was used along with the charcoal briquets was Acacia wood also know as Camel Thorne purchased from Kudu Grills. it's imported from South Africa and it really lendss a nice flavor to whatever you are cooking.
