Unbelievable, fast, pain free, durable running shoe but they are rather difficult to squeeze into especially wearing socks. The 2% are designed better with the laces placed at an angle which makes it a lot easier to slip your feet in.

In the running community we call these heels. Real runners hate running platform sneakers being made by a lot of companies now. They are called high heel ankle breakers aka career Enders. Go to any real running sneaker store. Real runners would never recommend these for running. Not even wearing because how dangerous they are to the ankles. But if you want to wear them for fashion and not do anything physical that might cause you to slip foot and ankle. They look coool though the colors and stuff just not a practical running sneaker. Most hokas are the same to. Platform ankle killers.

This year I want to run my first half marathon. I’ve been struggling a lot with getting my feet hurt while running (blisters, nails falling off) sometimes that’s what stops me from keep going. But also I’ve never invested in a good pair of running shoes. It’s always so helpful to learn from people that share their running journey like you. So, thank you!

I’m doing the same! Actually doing that routine he just posted to start running again. Been awhile since I ran seriously, but when I used to be in cross country we would always go to a place that specialized in running shoes. They’ll look at your stride and find a pair that works best with your stride. Highly recommend.

These are a gift from Heaven. Most comfortable and responsive shoe ever to me. I only use them for races though, they last longer than they vaporfly 3s or the adizero adios pros but they’re still not made to be used regularly.

Keep in mind when considering to buy these: I’d say if you tend to have wider feet the insoles may bend and give you bad arch blisters, a good way to solve the problem are insoles that are padded around the arch like saucony insoles

@@jaytheman7224 personally i use the gel kayano series cause they come in 2E and 4E which is really awesome, but note that it is a stability shoe so it wont be as plush as your maximalist shoes like hoka bondi, ultraboost etc

@@lal2235 these type of shoes “sound funny” because they’re designed with a carbon plating inside of them, to help with the responsiveness, take and draw the energy while running. Imagine a spring that helps you double the height of your jump simply from a single tiny-jump. It’s pretty effortless if you’ve used one, extremely useful and comfortable

I have arthritis on my heel caused by a ankle fracture in my 20's. I am in my 40's now and run using Hokas which are amazing for the heel. Are these better on the heel than Hokas?

I woke up at 3:30am, warmed up for 15 mins, then walked for another 15, then i started jogging . Im just glad probably or its adrenaline that i start to focus on my pace speed and form but then after probably 5 to 10mins I started to speed up hahaha it felt good then slow for a 2 or 3 mins then back on not that speed but kinda. Notice on may app ive been running for 4 to 5km already. Ive been doing this for a month and never been committed like right now, now I see i really need to slow it down for a while i think ive been over running 😂 my ankle hurts now. Any advice im using nike tanjun fly ease. Maybe its also the shoes😅
