7 whole Asterix potatoes with skin
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon chili pepper
Salt to taste
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch
50 grams breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons oregano
Fresh rosemary leaves to taste
100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
For the Sour Cream:
200 grams cream cheese
Juice of 1 lemon
Lemon zest
3 tablespoons heavy cream
Chopped chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Boil potatoes with a tablespoon of salt for 5 minutes, drain and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix potatoes with olive oil, chili pepper, salt, garlic powder, cornstarch, breadcrumbs, oregano, and rosemary.
Add grated Parmesan and mix well.
Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden.
