As a hairdresser of about like a few years, I can share with you you, that you're not meant to use harsh hair shampoo on your hair. I've noticed hair lines of many folks, and I noticed that individuals who were using harsh shampoo cleansers typically had weak hair line. So I recommend only to use mild shampoo cleanser only. I personally use and advise to use littleextrra coconioon shampoo only. Also, do hot oil massage twice a week as it improves circulation and promotes hair.

How do you learn about your hair type though, mine is fuzzy sometimes, straight sometimes, wavy sometimes.. sometimes its dry sometimes its oily it literally changes every day/week depending on how stressed I am because of factors like uni/relationships, how much water I've drank, how much I've slept or what I have eaten that week or two. Theres different types of hair though so for me i have a side part and straight hair so I use the american crew shampoo and conditioner three times a week if I have to or the suave mens shampoo with + conditioner and zoinc for anti dandruff cuz mine gets if it sweat or long and days passing to shower so just use the type if shampoo for you this guys hair type is curly so he uses that but the rest though is what I use but after the anti dandruff though I use conditioner just in case but suave is like cleaning and getting the dirty things off your hair like american crew but the suave one I use is anti dandruff and the crew probably not I forgot
