Dominique. I wanted to share with you. I’m 57. I lost my 22 year old son Clayton 1 year ago on Mother’s Day to Muscular dystrophy. I’ve been his caregiver and run my own boutique winery. This last year dealing with this devastating loss and menopause and keeping my business going has been rough. You have really helped me to find peace and focus and remembering I’m still important and can keep going forward. Thank you much from one working woman and mom to another. Cheers

I do not have girly girlfriends either. It is so hard because I have been one since I was a little girl. SOMA Vanishing Edge panties are the BEST!!! Launder them in cold water in a lingerie bag and hang them to dry (no dryer heat.) They will last you for quite a while if you launder them properly! I am wearing a pair right now. 😁

I hand wash them and lay them flat to dry. I have 12 soma vanishing edge panties and wear one each day, so about every 10 days, I hand wash them all once using gentle detergent. Soak them for a few minutes, then gently rub them. The whole process takes about 10 min. So simple and easy.

I am slowly replacing all of my undergarments with Soma products. Yes they are more expensive but the quality is well worth it. They are always having great sales if you sign up for emails. ACatsLife (PisicasLife): If you can, I would highly suggest a trip to the store to get properly fitted by an expert. I wear SOMA bras, but recently they came out with a different style I wanted to try. We started with my normal 38DD, but discovered I needed a different size.

As always interesting and informative! A small piece of advice I received from the shop I buy my bras is to never pop your T-shirt bra inside out and into the other cup. This can break down the foam insert. I always stored mine like that til I got a little earful when I did it at the shop 🤷‍♀️

I love Soma. I wear plus size and had never looked into Soma underwear until about a year ago. I was so pleased to see the array of sizes they carry and now I’m addicted to their products. Yes, to this! I was recently listening to a pod cast where the two interviewees mentioned being at a women's tech convention and the question "how do you have it all?" came up (and both mentioned it's one of those questions where you never really get an answer to) The speaker at the convention (busy, successful career woman) said this: "Outsource as much and whatever you can. That's what I do". Now I know not everyone is in the position to be able to outsource (having a cook, nanny, cleaner, hair/nail appointments, secretary, assistant etc. ) but I do find making a few sacrifices to be able to outsource some things is so worth it and really does help to stay afloat and sane!

Yes! Soma! I thought I recognized the bra and undies in the beginning. I discovered this brand/company in my late 40’s. I adore them, especially their Semi Annual sales. The Vanishing Bra is so comfortable! I’m a weird 57 year old who’s hated - detested bras since I had to start wearing them at age 13. All my life I just wore boring white and or beige bras from JC Penny. The main reason for this was the lack of pretty bras in size 40D. Now it’s red, purple, yellow, teal, blue and or pink with black polka dots. Jeez, I sound like a commercial 😆

I fully vouch for Soma 360 vanishing back bra and seamless panties!! I bought four pair of Soma vanishing back bras and 12 seamless panties (retro, brief and high leg), I threw away 10 pairs of my old bras and more than 20 old panties. I have been only wearing them since the day I bought them and it’s been like three months now. I feel I can live on Soma bra and panties for the rest of my life and never spent money on any other under garments. Well, except the special bras, like sticky bra for special clothing.

Thank you for this! I use the “bunny” ones (the really do look like rabbits’ ears) I had a single mastectomy and i am a DD on the other side 😏 so those are the perfect solution, only thing I would say is to order 2+sizes up from your normal have a good fit. Merci Dominique 💕

Questioning though if buying bigger, do the “ears” peak out of the top of a sun dress? Meaning they come up too high due to sizing up. I’m so interested in trying these and want to make a smart buying choice.

ja bond: I suspect they would, and would work better with dresses or tops which have wider straps and a deep V neckline. The other bra cups she showed would likely work better.

I think it might be related to the problem many Americans have with breastfeeding. I nursed my baby for 2 years. It was shocking how many people felt justified saying negative things to me regarding breastfeeding.

I bought some vanishing Soma panties based off of another KZfaqr recommendation, and I really like them. I was surprised by the "sticky" interior of the fabric but got accustomed to it quickly. Great recommendations.
