I took a nice pork loin and stuffed it with spinach and cheese then put it out on the Pit Barrel with some pecan wood for a juicy smokey awesome meal. So sit back relax and enjoy the show.

I will be cooking this for Christmas. My sons and brother in law will be cooking other meats. At stake is the best cook meat trophy which will be keep for the victor till next Christmas.

You have some tough hands there dipping it under that hot spinach. That may be my next meal. Can you do this in a Crock Pot. I just did a pot roast.

Hey Wayn I don't reccomend doing this in a crock pot. Pork loin is very lean and a crock pot will overcook it. You could end up with dry pork. A pork butt is more suitable for a crockpot. Thanks for stopping by my friend

You know how they have twice baked potatoes, right Mike? I think I'm gonna call this your thrice stuffed pork loin. Although I think you had to stuff it more than thrice the way it kept coming out the ends when you were rolling it up.😂😂 By the way...what was that at 16:22? They weren't saying "Ewwwww" to your pork loin I hope. It looked real good to me.

To tell you the truth I don't remember. Probably an hour to an hour and a half. I go by internal temp. This should be at least 145 no more. Thanks for watching
