4 tablespoons unsalted butter
3 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup minced onion
1 cup minced celery
1 cup minced green bell pepper
3-4 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Chopped Carrot
Seasoning Blend
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Onion Powder
2 Tsp Paprika
2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
2 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
4 Chicken Drumsticks
4 Chicken Thighs

If your sauce is a little thick, you can just add a little more chicken broth

Made this the other day and 🤌🏽 chef’s kiss delicioso lol oh and i actually let the chicken cook in the gravy for about an hour instead of 25 mins and omg fall off the bone tenderness.. thank u for the recipe bcuz i will be making this again soon… very soon… like 3 days away from the weekend soon 🤣

Jay this sounds awesome, I am going to ask a dumb question but do you think if I used chicken breasts only would it turn out dry? My family likes white meat but I love dark meat.

You can absolutely use chicken breast with this recipe, personally I think breast meat is a little on the dryer side but it will still come out delicious
