Hello, hopefully you can help me with this other effect available in virtual DJ, there is an effect package called voxeffect, how can I keep such effects for example echo in pad 5 turned on by pressing and releasing the pad button and turn it off by pressing it again? That effect also has a glinch, since when I use any of those effects, the normal ECHO effect in other location wont work. Hope you know how to fix that. Thank You

These effects come when they are already assigned to specific pads with specific scripts. So since these pads are not designed as customizable buttons you can't do anything to change how they function. You can actually assign buttons on your keyboard to trigger them just the way they are. So what your asking about only works with the sixth pad. And the for the echo error, I honestly have never faced this, because with me the default echo still works well even after any of these effects. You can alternatively always use Stems fx

I'm an experienced DJ using VDJ 2023. The first Map script worked out for me but not the others. Also, how do you make your 1st Map script backspin the old song out after mixing in the new song .. any feedback is much much-appreciated sir?? Thanks anyhow, good stuff.👍

Hi, when I am entering your mapping - the backspin is just going back slow without any other effects … I just have it mapped to a different key as compared to you, but the rest of the code is the same … Can you please help?

Sorry for that inconvenience bro. I used Virtual Dj 8.5 for this tutorial. Maybe you're working with another version. In fact the 2023 version might even help you solve it. I hope to get feedback from you on this. Thanks.

@@KayXamTutorials - I am using the latest version brother, it is v2023 m7388 Could you please let me know what would be the equivalent code for this version? Also, it seems the code will run randomly sometimes on either deck left or right. How can I get it to run on the active deck? Thanks

Ohh buddy, that would be very interesting. But these mappings only allow you to go to your configuration (settings) area. From there you can do the rest of the work with your mouse; whether it's changing the skin or shifting to the next set of mappings. To open your settings, just map a button with the word "settings" Peace out peace ✌️✌️
