ไม่แพ้อาหารพัตตาคารหรูๆ ผมชอบกินของอร่อยๆ สอาดสดถูกหลักอนามัย และที่สำคัญต้องถูก ผมตั้งใจหาและได้เจอร์ ตีหนึ่งตีสองผมและเพื่อนๆจะออกไปหาของกินที่อร่อยๆและถูก พวกเราชอบแบบนี้ อิ่มแล้วเข้าบ้านนอนแบบนี้ประจำทุกๆวันจนเป็นหนุ่มพอมีเมียเราก็ห่างๆกันไปครับผม

หมูกรอบถ้าตัดทิ้งไว้นานๆความกรอบความอร่อยจะลดลงไม่น่าทาน ทุกครั้งที่ผมซื้อหมูกรอบต้องซื้อเป็นชิ้นเอามาตัดเอง ถึงจะยังกรอบหรือเอามาทอดใหม่แบบผ่านกระทะร้อนแป็บเดียวแล้วตัดจะได้หมูกรอบที่ข้างนอกกรอบข้างในยังนุ่มอยู่ได้

I used to live 5 minute away from this Chinatown. I was too young to appriciate these great dish. After I move to another town I realized no one can make the same dish as good as these legends vendors. Now I live far away and always want to go back for these.

Great video looks delicious, too bad you wouldn't see it here in the US, such food stalls would be closed by health inspections when most are cleaner than restaurant kitchens. Mainly because cheap food effects bigger restaurants incomes.

What in the world are some of those dishes at the 2nd street food place? I wouldn't eat the 1 dish that I guess was supposed to be a soup but with stuff that looks like gooey jelly in it.
