I just bought this white noise machine from Amazon and the sound is amazing with no looping. The volume on this machine can make the different sounds very low or very high. I actually like the train sound, which is not usually found on a lot of white noise machines. It does a nice job of blocking background noises with its dual front forward speakers. This is definitely the one to buy.
