Thanks for the kind words! My LED's are still running strong. I get high beamed all the time because of their brightness haha. Really a game changer to be able to see better at night. You'll be surprised how street and highway signs light up even in the daytime lol

Excellent video! Thank you for making it! I took out an additional screw and a push fastener that allowed fender well to be pulled back further which made the job significantly easier.

I bought sealight bulbs on Amazon. Haven't installed yet. Good clear video but if drivers side is harder...it doesn't look THAT easy...just saying. Also, good to remind everyone that they may need adjustment after installation. Nothing worse than oncoming traffic with led lights aimed too high. Very simple adjustment to align...just need a garage door or wall and know what height they should be per distance between truck and wall.

It’s fairly simple honestly. Much easier than other cars. Headlight height was exactly the same with LED bulbs as it was with the stock ones

Still having no issues with the wires just loosely placed inside the dust cover beside the heat sink? I'm in the middle of an install and was worried about heat damage after I noticed there's no good spot to stick and zip tie them unless you leave the dust cover off (not preferred). Thanks!

@@theguyofalltrades I figured so, but the vehicle side wiring insulation looked a little more dainty, so was just curious how much more effort I wanted to put into it beyond shoving my hands through small spaces. Install complete. Thanks for the video!

Haven’t had any issues yet. It’s just as hot as the original incandescent bulb

AMERICUH! Are there better LED lights you can recommend for this swap or are the bulbs you got pretty high end? How long will the bulbs last?

Hey! I watched your video then bought the same exact led lights for my 2018 Ford F150. I installed them with the help of your video (thank you), but now my headlights are always on if the truck is in gear. Even if the dial is in the “off” position they stay on. I disconnected the battery for a while and then reconnected it. It fixed the issue temporarily, but then it started again. Any thoughts or ideas about why it is doing that?

That’s strange. You don’t have something covering the sensor on the middle of the dashboard near the windshield do you?

@@theguyofalltradesI do not. My dash is completely clear and clean. But the weirdest part is that even in the “off” position the lights don’t go off, so I don’t think it would be the sensor anyway.

Good point. I guess only way to tell if it’s the LED replacements would be to swap them back and see if the problem persists
