Nice Project lol, Where are dimensions explained cameraman focusing on anchor rather than villa. Villa to villa gap 8.5 Inch or feet. Pooja room in first floor. Price is not revealed anywhere APR payments terms are ok because they charge you as per progress of the Villa but the point is if you are going for Bank loan they finish the Lintels and Slabs fast so that bank will release almost 80% of loan the remaining would be amenities and plastering which will be 5-10% and for Handover it will take 2 years and you will end up paying 2 years before you take possession. I have shared what i know no offence.
