@elwag12 This is INCORRECT. *Samsung has developed Bixby by itself,* replacing its previous assistant called *"S Voice"* by 2017, on the launching Galaxy S8 and S8+ series. Bixby is 6 years old. Both Google Assistant and Bixby use the *GOOGLE SEARCH ENGINE* for web searching, so do *Siri and Safari* as well. The search engine integration per se, does not affect the functioning and or the capabilities of the individual development of respective assistants.

People tripped me out when they hated on Bixby when it first came out now it has surpassed siri in less than a few years when siri been out over a decade put that in perspective #teamsamsung

Honestly, Bixby has come a long way... The integration with the device it offers is like none other. Bixby Routines is the most underrated feature of Samsung and I absolutely love it.

You should test them for smart home functionality. Also there's no Bixby on my Samsung phone (Galaxy A13), why is that? Celia is basically voice search.

It will be a hand down when Chat GPT gets its voice assistant. Samsung screwed up, they could've come up with their own OS right from the S6 in (2016) and by now they could've been top-notch. Imagine how fast they improve in their voice assistant released in 2019. Samsung needs to work on accent recognition on Bixby.

what about abilities to set reminders, make notes or todo lists, add things to existing lists... you know the things an assistant should be able to do flawlessly in order to make your life easier.... LOL Google got rid of the ability to set location based reminders which is super sus cuz it was really useful feature to remind you to do thing like pick up milk when near the store. Can any of the other apps do this feature? Also, The problem i have with bixby is its super impatient. if you pause in the slightest while speaking it assumes your done talking and tries to answer leaving you no thinking room during speaking. I have not found a way to fix this, so do other apps leave more time for normal speaking pauses?

i remember when bixby was a joke they didnt really help themselves though with the dam bixby physical button when it was still bad and often pressed by accident with the placement of it.

@Elvivx I have an S10e and I agree. It's not very difficult to avoid pressing, and when you want to activate Bixby, it's a very easy way to use it. Also, an additional key to add the double-press app launch to.

I had siri start two timers on my iphone 11 running ios 17 and it worked correctly, in fact it started 3 4 and 5 timers correctly without asking.

I've the s9+ since it came out and just now discovered that I got Bixby and Google assistant on the phone wtf lol.. not much of a phone user myself but I can see it being helpful if I'm driving and need to call my wife. "Hey Google, call wife" if I could add "and put on speaker" and it works that would be absolutely great, have not yet tried it though.

Sir you should do this again. A lot of the Siri questions that were wrong I got right. For example the one how many hours of sleep should we get. Siri did answer it.
