Sadguru never studied chemistry. Honey is chemically the same thing as HFCS. Babies and small children can thrive on it, but for many adults it is poison: cooked or raw.

Then why do I feel horrible when I drink 4 teas with honey per day. When I stop and drink hot water with lemon instead I feel great. I go back to hot water with honey and tea I get my stomach issues again. There is obviously something wrong with honey in hot beverages.
