Nice that you can still drive around in shorts at end of October. We're coming to Madeira in less than a week from now, our first trip abroad since 2019. Found this channel after we booked. Your videos are such an inspiration and temptation.

I wouldn't say 28 celsius, Kold, more 23-25 degrees where evenings can be a bit chilly, but nothing worse than shorts and a jumper. Enjoy your trip to Madeira, Olle.

Depends on the elevation and part of the island, Lido weather station in Funchal has been averaging around 26+ during the last 10 days and lows above 20, so warmer than Algarve nights in August. Edit: So is Ponta do Sol as well:)

It's likely the best sand beach on Madeira, but competition isn't very good, unfortunately. But it's nice enough for a sandy beach, I'd say!

Just a small note: when you mentioned the "big one" referring to the Christ statue in Rio, please note that the one in Lisbon is 3 times taller than the one in Rio. The one in Lisbon is 110m tall, the one in Rio is 38m. It's true that the statue itself in Rio, not including the pedestal, is slightly larger than the one in Lisbon but only by 2m (30m vs 28m).

I Amalie and Joen, wonderful views from the place on Earth I love the most, and why? I've born there, Funchal, Madeira Island. Caniço and the Cristo Rei, that café and the restaurant, that's were my brother leaves, the restaurante is one of my favourites, Machico I just love it, have nice friends there. By the way, on the Diário de Noticias Madeira, a couple of days ago, they mention that, two of those High-tech houses that you've made a video about it have been sold, were you one of the byers?🤣 Take care.

Nice video in the scooter. That old house going down in Santa Cruz is my friend house, is only old in the outside, love it, has loads of caracter. I didn't new you had been in my friends Jose restaurante, A Pipa, i need to find that video. Another restaurant you should visit, is my fiends António in Caniço, is Vistas do Antonio, as you guys love wine you will go crazy with the amazing and rare selection he has there. Is famous for the pork ribs, believe me, it worth a visit :)
