+AwesomePlaysGames Me too, could be down to sleep dep' ! Am 51 work hard.. My Doc said no pills. these will add to the problem and yes they do, when you run out you are up the creak! Thinkin about sleepin makes it worse! i try to think that i don't want sleep and then sometimes i awake after a good few hours. We are our own worst enemy with this stuf, gettin' trashed does it but nex day shit again. If you are reading this i feel for you, Peace an' rest xzzzzz

you are my savior. I have had severe insomnia since I was 12 years old. The longest I've been without sleep is 4.5 days. I used to get sleep paralysis frequently when I try to take quick naps after sleepless nights....and this simple method works. it just works. wow

My wife usually falls asleep 5 minutes after her head hits the pillow. Me, it could take hours, and even being completely exhausted. But you have saved my sanity! The first night I made it to the 60's, second night i don't think i made it to 90. Thank you! Last night was the first time in years that I got 8 hours of sleep!

Umm.... that's a long time. Don't worry. You just need to reprogram your brain. It might take a while, but it's a pleasant process if you know how to do it. I made a video about reprogramming your brain in a funny way.

This method really worked. I fell asleep in 70s. I was having trouble sleeping last few nights because even after trying so hard but could not keep thoughts out of my head. But with this method I slept for 7 hours very peacefully.

Here's the thing - I haven't been able to sleep properly for as long as I can remember. I have anxiety and that gives me insomnia, frequent trips to the toilet, waking up at every small sound, and more. More often than not, when I go to bed on a night I lay awake for hours just over thinking about all sorts until I'm so exhausted my body just shuts down. Because of this, I was sceptical when watching this video - "it's not gonna be that easy!", "I can never keep my brain quiet long enough to count to 100!". I tried this for the first time straight after watching the video. I fell asleep before I got to 70. I didn't have my usual nightmares because I didn't have chance to ruminate about bad thoughts before sleeping, and I slept through until 9am where usually I would wake up at least twice through the night. I don't even know what time my partner came to bed because I didn't wake up at the smallest sounds like I normally do. I'll try this again every time I go to bed, but for now I just want to say thank you, that was the best nights sleep I've had in months :-)

I think this method helped me last night.... I counted and added "let go" between the numbers and not too long later, I fell asleep. Took my mind off my excitement today. Meeting my online girlfriend in person today. I can't wait. Thanks for the video.

I'm so glad I watched this. I'm going to try it because I was up far too late yesterday and I begin to panick when it gets late. I know this probably isn't a method as such, but I had a gulp of squash and after 5mins I fell asleep

I appreciate your suggestions. You can also try taking the natural supplement melatonin. I purchased my bottle from Walmart and IT WORKS. The bottle claims its all natural, I woke up feeling FULLY RESTED with no cloudy or groggy feeling. I don't take it every night at all, just as needed

I hate it when I go to bed tired but once i'm in bed I wide awake !!! I sometimes suffer with insomnia, That's why I think I would be awesome working in a night time job XD aha

I do find falling asleep a problem, but I've always had a hard time falling asleep. My biggest problem that started a few months back is waking up way to early and not being able to go back to sleep. I sleep less than 5 h every night and I'm exhausted. How to get my sleep back? I have tried everything, from natural sleeping pills, infusions, chamomille, valerian, lavander, etc. Nothing works for more than a while. It's so frustrating that I feel like screaming...

Alexandra Zeres hey. my friend used to be like that.She wouldn't fall asleep until 12-3 pm. but she got through it. she is not a person to fall asleep real fast but gets the job done. i taught her some tricks. don't be on technology less than an hour before you try to sleep,don't eat before sleeping,write things down on paper that are on your mind or your stressed about , most importantly don't fuss about it and work your self up; that only makes it worse. i hope these help.keep searching and if needed talk to a doctor, counselor or someone with advice for help. i have more ideas if needed. hope this helps and sorry for typos i am writing fast.

And so is Angela Parra, but that always happens to me, and what I do is I refuse to do anything except think 'Only think of what I'm thinking' until I fall asleep. But whatever you do, don't drink caffeine (my rule is only before 3:00 pm) and don't go on any form of electronic. The pixels keep you awake (idk why) and its much tougher to get to sleep. I hope my ramblings help you.

Danny Drake the electronics are said to have some similarities to the sun and you body's instances think its the sun and humans are active in the day so it is hard to fall asleep

Here's a way to help- if you're playing any later then about 7:30 pm set an alarm/timer for 30-45 minutes. When it goes off get off the game, have milk warm or cold (I find warm helps better to fall asleep) something in the milk makes you fall asleep. Or if you haven't eaten supper yet have some turkey it has the same effect as the milk. Then lay in bed and breather in and out slowly. Think about something other then games. That way you will not be anxious to play the next day.and if you get tired do the method in this video. I was on my ipod all night until about 10:30 and then fell asleep and woke up againg at about 11:00-11:30 and I did these things and it worked quite well!

this is amazing...it worked wonder for me...i fell asleep around the number 80...i had this crazy problem of remaining wide awake even though i go to bed early and then always waking up tired for not getting enough sleep...i just couldnt control all my crazy thoughts...but this technique really worked and i fell asleep within minutes...thanks Kamil :) keep up your good work :)

Kamil plz help me. I have stupids neighbours that are too noisy at nights, and this now after long time stress me everytime they return home. I have to sleep 5 days, and this also affect my gym every morning and my hard diet/nutrition I follow. Can you plz tell me what to do. I ll try your advices about counting etc. But if not working what else plz help me and how I relief from this stress they bring to me (I have very stupids neighbours animals can think twice than them) thank you in advance

I need to ask: have you spoken with them? If yes and that did not help, are there any authorities you can talk about that? Maybe police? In the UK local councils deal with that. Where are you and how old are you?

Police in my country are stupids they dont care and i have spoken with them they dont care they are garbages. and problem also is I am studying medicine too. This insomnia started from sunday, in sunday sure I didnt sleep at all but from monday and until today I remember my self that I didnt sleep but neither wait 10 hours in my bed. I dont know if I slept or not but for sure I waked up at nights. In mornings I dont feel tired. Is that I am sleeping or not how do I know if I slept or not this 4 5 days? I feel like I dont sleep at nights but neither feeling that i am tired in mornings.can you help me find my sleep I need it this period too much thanks in advance. I calculated from 100 to 0 very slow with breaths etc. But nothing I counted to 0 and still waked up.

I see. What comes to my mind is this: use a sleeping pill. Then think of finding another place to live - changing environment my turn your life around. Also, there is also something you can learn from it and some other benefits, which will become obvious after a while, so don't worry. Just be strong and keep going. I know this is not what you want, but start from that and the solutions will show up.

I would reccomend living in the present and being the best you can be, work on improving your life. Don't dwell on the past and domnn't stress on the future. If your thoughts get too dark seek therapy and talk it out with family, friends or anyone who will listen.
