Will anyone tell the reason for this channel being underrated. Cuz this channel is one of the best badminton channels that improved my game at such a level that i can defeat the player who used to defeat me at score of 4-11 or 7-11. Now the scores vice versa all due to you.

Hi, awesome video. Does the wrist also do some movement or it is totally the forearm rotation?
@CoachKennieAsuncion4 жыл бұрын
Though we know that badminton requires strong controlled wrist movements there are many instances where we just have to keep it steady with hardly any movement... so with regards to your question in this video the wrist will have to move with the forearm rotation, how strong or sharp the movement is will depend on what shot you plan to execute. I will take note to make a video discussing the wrist movement... 🏸🏸

@CoachKennieAsuncion4 жыл бұрын
My video on grip is kzfaq.info/get/bejne/iqymh9KLtZqaj3U.html but i’d also like to stress that when you grip your racket it must be relaxed, that way you can move your grip better from a forehand to backhand and vice versa...
