Thank you so much for this in depth breakdown, I have been searching for something like this for a while now. Do you have any recommendations for how to navigate the UI when utilizing time remapping to match after effect clips to a song? At a certain point a lot of clips will pile up, and the audio file will be lost at the top or bottom. Would duplicating the audio file to place it near the clips I want to work on be the best option or is there a more optimal way?

I prefer to unlink my unused audio and delete it from the timeline or if it is in used, unlinking so it will not travel to AE. For Graphics I usually start in AE and then use File-Adobe Dynamic Link-import After Effects Composition and drop my comps into my timeline. This works well when I need to see the transitions in and out of clips that will be changing with different versions of the sequence. I agree with you, never add any effects inside Pr you'll get better results inside AE.

don't know what's wrong with adobe after effects v24, none of the installed scripts even visible or showed up. migrated setting twice from 23.5 and 23.6 , still no benefit. Had to downgrade to 23.6 and everything works perfectly normal. thanks for the amazing content always.

I had this same issue. I had to reinstall all my plugins and manually copy all my scripts from the AE23 script folder into the AE24 scripts folder. Might have been a bug in the original update. IDK, but Everything works perfectly. I haven't heard of this since the next incremental update.

You can use handles if you are rendering clips within premiere pro and want to include more frames before and after you In and Out markers so you can extend the clip later if needs be. There's no need to un render clips before export.

@NaorGershon There are many editors (in the film and broadcast industries) that have a heavy effects workflow created in Premiere Pro which can utilize this method. It's totally up to you. There are many workflow for different needs. Choose that one that best suits your workflow
