Meatballs:
1lb 80/20 ground beef
1lb ground pork
1/2 cup diced parsley
1 small onion grated
5.2oz Boursin Garlic & Herbs Cheese
2 tbsp sour cream
2 eggs
2.5-3 cups bread crumbs
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cayenne pepper
Marinara:
1 jar store bought marinara
1 tbsp olive oil
2-3 cloves minced garlic
salt and pepper
24 pack Hawaiian sweet rolls
8 oz mozzarella cheese
1 stick melted butter
1 tbsp garlic
red pepper flakes
salt, pepper, onion powder
Bake meatballs at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until they reach 165 degrees internal temp.
Coat bread with garlic butter and bake for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown before assembling sliders.
