The stuff available to the man in the street, these days, is phenomenal

To my ears the DJI had a lot more crisp high end and therefore better clarity. I love to hear a video with the levels on both these normalised to make it a proper comparison. Is there any EQ control on either of the mic systems?

Big difference in sound, Im a fan of the m650s.

Dji mic not so loud both good though, great quality off the phone, I would definitely save some money and buy the anker one as to me it sounds louder and so much clearer great review 👍

Both companies make decent quality products so i'm not surprised the Anker Works is good. Interesting to hear the DJI one is quite low gain though. I have the DJI and think it can be a little bit quiet at times, but overall impressed. Will anyone come up with a waterproof version I wonder?

While I was watching the outdoor portion, I thought of something that gives me this question to you: when you were comparing indoors the AnkerWork to the DJI Mic at level 6, was the noise reduction on for the DJI? The quality was nice, but it sounded much lower than the AnkerWork. But I can see uses for both. Thanks for the review

Wireless mics are getting really good now

I tested lot of these new wireless systems and got DJI Mic in the end, wins hands down. Looking forward to the DJI Mic 2 which will have internal 32bit float recording (i hope 😉)

Do I need the receptor to record? or can I just tap the button on the mic and do the recording?

Can gain be adjusted on the receiver as well like it can on the DJI? I feel as though something odd is going on here, as I have the DJI mics and linked to the DJI action 4 plus 6 on the mic gain would be too hot and peak.

I would normalize the two mics to have a proper comparison.

I like the sound of the DJI better. Anker isn't bad, but DJI just sounds superior to me.
