Seeing a lot of those old boxes brings back so many fond childhood memories. This collection is both outstanding and insanely nostalgic. In a way you're preserving history for a lot of us by holding onto things like these. Really enjoyed this!

Wow man im 17 and i start collecting when yugioh first came out. I now only have one crate of yugioh cards but i have a deck of all rares. Im so glad to see someone still enjoys the original yugioh series. They are rumored to bring it back mid 2016. Great video man

MIND BLOWING COLLECTION, I did see a slightly better collection by a Chinese KZfaqr a year ago, he had from lob 1st English to invasion of chaos 1st English, but he also had the Japanese starter box first releases version (which goes for more than $2000 alone now a days) vol1-vol7 boxes, Japanese lob box which again is way more expensive and harder to find than even english 1st lob, and much more. I'm nearly positive his KZfaq was deleted are something like 7months ago now because he no longer in my subscriber list but if I find him again I will put the link in the description! Do an update on your most expensive YUGIOH cards again😄

+Vintage Yu-gi-oh the Japanese boxes may be worth more to some, but to me they're worthless because they have no nostalgic connection to my childhood while English cards do. So that's cool and all but I also know for a fact that the Japenese LOB box isn't worth anywhere close to $2000. One recently sold for $790 and another for $600 after that one on ebay. You need to look at what actually sold on ebay and not what some one is asking for something They're worth about the same as the English 1st edition boxes if not less. Same goes for almost all Japanese boxes and most cards as well

I think you misread my my message dude, I said the original first release starter box goes for $2000. Plus that lob box your talking about was a bid on eBay. If you were to buy a lob Japanese box factory sealed it would be over $1000 to buy. I had 3 sellers on ebay that lived in Japan go out and price a Japanese lob box and the cheapest I got was $1250usd. Only 3 were found may I note.

+OguzGaming yea it was outstanding. I have been sent a couple pictures of volume 1 boxes but tbh the only card worth something is the dark magician. The box is virtually impossible to find. His name was in Chinese so I don't even no his actual name. But I did sub to him and a happen to notice a few months back that he was no longer there.

Wow, that is such a cool collection! I was looking for some old boxes aswell (but more to open them and for the sake of the cool cards). But they are nearly impossible to find in Switzerland and extremely expensive to import, so I guess I'll give a try in the next US-trip.

+myfirstname mylastname unfortunately you're a few years late. 1st edition cards from LOB and MRD are extremely hard to find in true mint condition and usually are very expensive. If you asked me the same question in 2011 I would have all kinds of advice for you regarding 1st edition LOB and MRD cards, but all I can say today is collect what you love and good luck! It's an expensive hobby

+The Old School Expert their is no real point to keeping ur collection of yugioh card sets sealed up unless u eventually plan to sell when prices become ridiculously high on these sets looking at this makes me want to crap gold just to take it off ur hands just so I can open them seal up all the holo cards to sell and put all the common cards in a moisture protected box to prevent yellowing

Ofc there is point to keeping products sealed. One day they will go extinct, and its always nice to look at them for nostalgia purposes. You can always buy cards. But you can't always buy sealed boxes. Ultimately you can either sell em later on, or open em when you are really old to relive memories :) Less boxes worldwide in circulation = less cards in circulation worldwide. Meaning demand will only increase, and if they want cards from that specific set.. where do they go? Exactly, collectors. You should be glad there are collectors out there. Also stop acting like a child. If you dont have self control, you are just a bitch.
