For speed yes, but the sound is a big part of why people like v8s. Plus the engine just has more potential than a 4 or 6 straight from the factory without spending thousands. I appreciate your opinion though 🤙🏻

I agree. In an suv, or family car, a v8 isn’t needed at all. It’s the sports cars and big trucks that need them. Sucks to see them dwindle down little by little

@@BubbaBlueTube the big ass trucks and especially SUVs are also North American exclusives. We all know I'm the back of our minds fuel prices wouldn't stay cheap forever. I predict a slow down in production of the larger vehicles. Inflation is a real mofo. Auto manufacturers have steadily pulled smaller fuel efficient cars from their NA portfolios, being replaced with much more profitable electric cars. It bumps average fleet mpg up, but at the cost of the common folk. The middle class is getting screwed out of the market with piss poor alternatives. No wonder so many people hurt as fuel creeps up. End of rant

@@lovejoyb20 I know the smaller engines are very capable, but the sound, and vibration of a V8 makes the driving experience for me.

@@BubbaBlueTube Monopolies aren't good. That's what we have in transportation. In America, you have to have a car to go anywhere. I prefer transportation freedom. I want to be able to choose driving, walking, biking or transit as viable options, the way it is in other developed countries. Cheap gas and euclidean zoning has made everything more expensive. I want the government to stop forcing small businesses to include parking. Higher mpg requirements is better for our air pollution, noise pollution and transportation competition. It's exciting to see the innovation. The new Ford lightning truck looks awesome.

When the president does things that directly affect the price of gas, yes. People will blame him. And requiring 40 mpg will cause car companies to spend more money to develop more fuel efficient cars, causing car prices to go up… come on man. It’s basic economics

People like me and you don’t care about gas prices because we have more than enough money to fill up every time. But there are people out there with $10 for gas that this president is turning his back on. Don’t think of this country as left vs right. Because if you do that, you’re playing right into their game. And no I DON'T have enough money to fill up every day because my last job, run by the "let's go Brandon" Crowd, fired me after 11 years of devoted service, for missing too many days due to an illness that made it dangerous to do that job. Yet they kept others on who have missed far more days due to nothing more than laziness that have the same one sided views that are destroying this country.
