I LOVE Howard's vow to Bernadette. It shows how much he's grown since the series began. Also, I love Bernadette yelling at Howard's mom: "They all got ordained! They'll all marrying us; it's adorable! If you wanna hear it, come closer!!!" xD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1:33 I just realized just how much Sheldon grew through the series. IIRC, Sheldon was supposed to have difficulty sarcasm or other non-direct body languages. The fact he was able to assess Leonard's simple "hmm" would not possible in early seasons.

A wonderful and sweet wedding! I love The Big Bang Theory and cast so much. This season 5 finale is the greatest ending to a season so far. These characters really love and care about each other. It is beautiful to see. Howard & Bernadette are an amazing couple. They compliment each other nicely while still being their own people. I am excited and happy that the first Big Bang wedding is with these two.

One thing that gets to me is that they made sure that Sheldon and Amy's wedding despite everything felt magical and perfect.... nothing ruining the special sparkling moment. But for these two all 5 of them were focused on their problems or on themselves instead of making it about them.

I mean they all turned their special day into a way to get at their retrospective partner and all in all (how I see it anyway) ruined Howard and Bernadette's wedding. I know it was for the sake of humour but it should have been one of those rare moments of Romania like Sheldon's first kiss

I think the show mimicking the fact that people change and grow and become more healthy adults is both the reason it hasn't gotten boring like all the cheesy old sitcoms I used to hate, married to a formula that was maybe never all that good in the first place and certainly could've improved if they hadn't been too scared to take chances. I think the writers give fidelity and dignity to the characters. Screw the status quo--this is a better message for shy nerds and the world. Everyone grows!
