I love how they addressed how difficult it is to be a young woman today, especially a mother. There is sooo much criticism online in posts and comments about mothers, and it's usually from other women or mothers! It's hard to drown out all the voices and opinions sometimes. If we keep our eyes on God and what He wants for us in a season, life becomes much simpler.

Thank you ladies. I discovered Joyce when I was a broken 22yr old. God used her messages and books to bring so much healing to my life. He even made it possible for this girl from humble beginnings in a 3rd world country to go to a love life conference in celebration of her 40th birthday. Ten years later and I am still cherishing the bracelet I bought at said conference from Lisa Bevere's fight like a girl. What beautiful memories. Maybe God will allow me another trip to Love Life for my 50th in 2024. Wouldn't that be amazing. This time I'll ask for a miracle to meet Joyce personally. Imagine that. 😂

I remember growing up and every time Joyce came on my family would literally stop what they were doing, say women can’t do that!!! Turn the tv channel.... Then years later I preached and everyone at my very encouraging church said “you’re a little Joyce Meyer. I thought …. Ohhh wow and at first it felt weird and then the Lord showed me that the devil was after me my entire life because of the call that The Lord gave to me. I feel so sad at how much healing my family could’ve had in her messages that I found as well years later. They still don’t all agree with what I’m walking into with The Lord but I tell them I listen to Jesus not people. I say if the worst thing I do is share how God changed me and how wonderful He is then I’m happy with that. I’m just a baby in my walk with Jesus but so thankful I’m not who I used to be. These messages are so encouraging!!

“You can have it all, you just can’t have it all at once” was a quote I came across as a young mom in the late 80’s . I’ve lived by that up till now and it has served me well. I love these podcasts! I hope to see women who are widowed and dealing with life in the future shows. There are so many of us out here. ❤️✝️🙏

Trying to keep from crying as I listen to this message, but don't know if that's possible. This message is so about me in area of my life. I am to concerned about what people think and say about me. I am critical of myself and feel as if I have not done what GOD wants me to do. This message is freeing in letting me know that I don't have to be perfect or even to be. I don't have to be concerned about what everyone thinks about me, but I can be only that who GOD created and wants me to be. Thank Father GOD, Joyce and ladies.

My husband does all the cooking and I allowed my family’s jokes to really bother me. It’s amazing how you are talking about this. I have truly accepted my role as a sous chief. It’s taken me 25 years to get over that I don’t cook. I finally stop getting defensive. I truly know my lane.

I struggled as a Christian woman and executive for years to balance between being the leader at work and a godly wife at home and always felt like I was failing. I finally left my career of 20 years after my marriage fell apart. Its a topic that doesn’t get talked about often enough and I always felt like I was the only one struggling with it. I'm currently going through breast cancer but I know I'm gonna be ok the day I found out God told me I was gonna be ok and he's walked every step of the way with me I just had surgery on October 13th my surgeon thinks she got all the cancer and I have no cancer in my lympnods and that's God He gets all the glory I still have to have HER2 treatments which is cancer targeted treatments up until May 2024 and radiation and a 5 year pill but I still know that I'm gonna make it through this God told me so I'm not sure yet why I'm going through this but God does and I trust him thank you for being my girls that's how I feel when I watch y'all on the podcast like I'm one of the girls I hope that I have the same impact on women one day that y'all and everyone that joins the show have made because y'all have made a big impact on my life especially you Joyce

When my kids were younger they ask the same question and I would tell them " you are my favorite step son, you are my favorite first born son and you are my favorite last born son" putting it that way helped them appreciate being who they are.

I had that conversation about "having it all" with my now-grown daughters and told them I believe we can "have it all" as women, just not all at once. There has to be room to enjoy the blessings of each season and time to grow into who we will be, without the stress of trying to make everything happen at the same time (home, family, service, personal achievement...)
