Jonny is spot on regarding giving Clement proper time and space to get his own team on/off the park. A proper leader and proven winner.

Tav has been average to poor all season and showed signs he was losing form the 2nd half of last season. Watching him miss penalties, deliver poor crosses/passes and get caught out in defensive duties has been hard to take after what has been a glittering career at Rangers. Sadly, it’s time to go and I think it may also help him to regain form for at least one or two more years if given a new challenge. You’ll be remembered as a Rangers great Tav, but now it’s time to go.

I would start Sterling as right back on Saturday. Hopefully Balogun makes it to partner Davies . Ridvan at left back. Diomande Raskin and Cantwell in middle . Mcausland and Silva out wide and Dessers up top . If it's Leon King or Tav on at start. It will be a tough watch. Tav can play a part out wide late in game with his goal contribution ability but not from start. Sima likewise could be a game changer if his minutes are managed wisely.

Tav's biggest strength was bombing up the right hand side and his crossing. Now he is coming 33 in October and he's lost a yard of pace and isn't a good defender. I think we need a younger RB and one who is more balanced in attack and defence.

Give Sterling a run at RB, his natural position. I know playing guys on their natural or best position is alien to us but we should try it, because what we are doing doesn't work. I recognise the goals and the fact that Tav has been with us since the lower league days. Others could have had alot of those goals with pens and free kicks potentially but he gets some credit. The simple truth is he is old, has been scarred by too much serial failures, and defensively he just isn't up to it. Same goes for Goldson, Borna and Souttar just is sub par. BEN Davies has not been worth £27k per week. Ridvans problem is injury and availability. He has had his chance. He can't keep up with demand. All need moving out. Tav and Goldson could have a good pay day over in Saudi or the English Championship. Souttar could be a good make weight for Hearts with Shankland with some cash, or for sale. He was a free so even a million or 2 and get him off the wage book. Ridvan is wanted in Turkey, let them have him and make it enough to wipe our face, but add a sell on clause. The same old faces have had their chance and time to shine. They haven't delivered. This isn't Killie, this is Rangers. If you cannot deliver wins on your rivals and titles, you do the honourable thing and get out the way and let someone esle come in with the right stuff and get us back to where we should be. last 3 managers have failed. because MASSIVE injury crisis has ocurred - not just a few but 10-15 first team players out for months- or even all season. 2 things I would say is- we need more youngsters brought in to the first team as NONE of them have ever let us down. and i fear Clement is shakey tactically in the BIG GAMES. He plays safe. the Big game against Celtic he should have STARTED WITH HIS BEST 11 and if they couldn't last the full game fair enough substitute them. Cantwell should have started and so should Ridvan. and we needed Silva up front instead of Dessers. It was a disgrace that Cantwell didnt play. I love big Phil, and hope he isnt binned in November if we are struggling- our fans are a fkng joke.
