Give me all the peated Islay scotch whiskies and next the Campbelltown expressions!! Nothing does it for me like peated scotch! Love, love, love it! I have a huge appreciation for many regions but Islay and Isle of Skye - Talisker - are my truest loves! I am big into bourbon casks and peat these days!! Great video! Cheers!! 🙂

Top effort Jeff! Love all the funny clips throughout. Had me worried there when you were flipping some of those opened bottles that the cork might pop out. You've got a good collection there, quite a few that aren't available here or if they are they are stupid prices. I've only seen one retailer with Campbeltown Loch and it was $139 NZD (approx. 65 pounds). Cheers!

Loved this one Jeff. It's always great to see what other people are drinking. I picked a few new ones up at Bristol WF, an incredibly fruity Mannachmore 15 CS and an 8yo Ardnamurchan CS both SMWS bottles and also the standard Ardnamurchan CS. Had a good day but the space was too small even though the number of displays was low. I don't think it will be a revisit next year.

Cheers ITABIYP! Was gutted that I couldn't go to Bristol WF, messaged on instagram and they said they was releasing more information to only have the tickets set to be unavailable. Heard from a few folk that there wasn't a lot there at all and a struggle to get a dram at times. Fingers crossed it was just an off year. Cheers!

@@JeffWhisky Thanks for your reply! I have about 60-70 bottles… Only 3 non-scotch (a bourbon, an Indian and a NZ whisky). Need more world whiskies! Also just 4 or so closed bottles. I definitely drink more than you…. 😂 Oh and i have a golden shirt wooohooooo!!!!

Wow. Tour-de-force JeffWhisky! Half an hour flew by, what tempo. I was spellbound. It's a fun collection you have, lots of obviously great mixed with the weird and sometimes for me unknown. Now to get you into pronunciation school. -just kidding. Stay you.

Hi Jeff. Love your videos especially all the film clips and the sheer honesty of your comments. I'm trying to condense my collection but with 750+ bottles its tricky, with 20 open and 30 in the queue to join the shelf. Mostly scotch with a few irish, no welsh and a small english grouping. You might like to try Filey Bay or Wire Works as the Lakes is a bit pricy. Looking forward to catching your v pub session while Roy is away on holiday. Cheers mate.

Thanks for the kind words! The clips help give a little breathing space to break up seeing my face constantly it always helps I got years of clips just rolling around my brain. That is a impressive collection, what are you stand out bottles? Filey Bay is something I need to dive into more, epically their STR release. Cheers for watching!

@JeffWhisky tricky to pick out but I'm lucky to have got bottles years back when you could get a Brora 30 for £225 or a Ben Nevis 25 for £90.

Thompson Bros are always in my basket but sadly I haven't owned a bottle. I want to grab their Tesco looking one but yet to find a "Jeff Deal". Have you dabbled much with Thompson bros? Cheers for watching and supporting!

A lambay fan from Ireland here. There whiskies are light and fun but nothing insane. I much prefer their single malt to their blended small batch. Woody and fresh, the cognac influence is pretty strong. I've spoken to a few reps from the company and apparently the distillery is set to start construction this year or early next year on the island which is exciting. I'll be very curious to see what their actual distillate makes over the next five-ten years or so. I live barely a ten minute drive away from where you can get a boat to the island so I'll definitely be keeping an eye on their stuff.

@@JeffWhisky Well, I have went a slight shopping spree this year, trying to stock up and get bottles everybody is talking about. I have also become a slower drinker, but I do not have that big of a collection. Wife always tells me thou that I do not need more bottlesat the moment 😇😂

Hey Jeff! I’d like to try the Cotswolds Whisky! You need to try the Wire Works (White Peaks) Port or Madeira expressions from the Peak District!! Amazing! Can trade some samples !!

@@JeffWhisky Ooh good question, got a few bourbons and a few Irish whiskies but mainly scotch single malt (surprise surprise). Put it this way I’ve got enough bottles that will last me a very long time at my current rate of drinking , probably too many.

@@JeffWhisky I personally prefer Yellow Spot for taste & price but even that’s creeping up nowadays. Blue Spot is a big hitter at 58% at 7yrs old, but it’s getting really expensive and plenty of very good Scottish whisky can be had for quite a lot less. If you have a chance to try a dram of Yellow take it. You won’t be sorry.

@@JeffWhisky Collection: about 60 on the 'open shelves' (and yep. wooden and self made). And then the to-be-opened in the cabinet. Amount of peated is limited, think around 15 open... or so.

Cheers for watching Nick! Yeah it is about 40% opened and could easily open more but being quite a slow drinker I would fear a bottle being open too long and would start to dimmish in quality. Some do jump the queue and get popped straight away. Glad to hear it is not just me with Bunna! Have you got your own whisky horde going on? Cheers.

@@JeffWhisky You're welcome, I enjoy your content. I do have a whisky horde, some 100+ bottles with only about 3 or 4 unopened. I'm not bothered about some bottles being opened too long, but I do make sure all are well sealed and kept in a cool dark cupboard.
