Never eat spicy tuna. If a place does not butcher their own fish it is bought from a purveyor and you have NO idea what it is made of. If they do butcher their own fish....the tuna is usually the meat scraped from the skin with a fork or other dregs from the fish. It is cheap and they hope you fill up on it!

Agreed. Spicy tuny is scrap mixed with hotsauce (typically Siracha) to cover up the otherwise foul flavor.
