Context isn't needed as it was stated to be from months before. You act like you're telling us something new but the guy literally says so in the video. Stop trying so desperately to defend Kebun, he is just as bad as rated at inciting hate toward cop streamers. The Changaloa raid case in point. I actually applaud the guy who plays Percy for taking it all on the chin and sticking to the RP rather than responding to the drama. There was RP around what happened... he was investigating a serial killer style arc... the RP just didn't involve CG so they got butthurt as they still think the server should revolve around them. The whole thing was a combination of bad luck, bad choice of stash placement and bad writing of legislation. He didn't break the law in character nor any rule ooc. So perhaps its you who needs context.

@@crazfulla open your eyes these streamers are here for fun and money. if Kebun is the issue in your mind maybe you should look at the viewer count when your streamers are on and compare the numbers to Kevin's than tell me who is playing the way the majority wants, but go a head say someone like Percy who was told not to touch that stash by his command but still went in took everything out why cg was off line not once but twice, no charges or any kind of rp came from doing it, just the fact of ruining weeks worth of work and future rp for many streamers. heck this streamer here has a big 164 twitch followers, so for sure he knows the better way

the only info i know is basically what is said in this video. what i want to know is this allegations or is their actual evidence. the reason i ask is cause one of my ex's made a claim that i spread her nude's luckily it was easy to prove her lie. she is now on probation and has a restraining order. so after that situation i want proof cause if people are mad enough and hate your guts they can make up stuff to ruin your life. if he did what he is accused of then he got what he deserves but if this is ''he said she said'' then they need to prove him guilty cause its innocent until proven guilty. if it is false accusation and i was him id sue for defamation. one of my favorite saying i live by is ''trust but verify''. so until i know whats he's accused of, and what his account of what happened are, and real proof i cant make a decision on what i think about him.

First, he would not be able to sue for defamation against a lot of people here. At least, not any of the CG boys or Koil, because they didn't directly say his name with what accusations are being thrown around in the same discussion. Secondly, Koil is someone who has always been the one to look at a situation and say "I need more evidence", and that's with much smaller things like rule breaks in the server. If Koil is all in on permanently banning someone who brings a lot of eyes to Nopixel, then he has more than likely seen undeniable proof of the allegations. We will most likely never see the proof, or if we do, it won't be until legal action is taken and things are made public record.

@@mikjer12 one person has a massive tweet about what he did and others made smaller tweets claiming stuff. In those they do say his name he could sue them if they are fraudulent them i would sue. I t would be bad for nopixel if they banned a big streamer for false accusations if they are false.

Also one of the tweets also mentions that some of the people running nopixel are also guilty of harassment. Im not sure if its true but someone said that Rated is looking to get advise from lawyers. not sure if its true but it would explain the reply from nopixel saying that they would be consulting their lawyer in this further.

Kebun is just as bad at inciting hate toward cop streamers... I started out as a CG viewer and even paid to sub to their twitch channels (including rated before he switched). But after a certain point I started to notice how it was always them that got ooc toxic on stream after a contentious interaction. Not the cops. More often than not their angry comments were made lacking context. They play on viewers lack of understanding of how RP works and generally expect to get away with breaking rules... while they falsely accuse cops of rule breaches to deliberately cause chat hopping. They push this perception that everyone is out to get them, other gang's, cops, server admins... but have they ever stopped to think that maybe the problem is them, not everybody else?

They just don't have as high viewer counts so their audiences can only band together on some reddit dump and circle jerk into oblivion. Only a couple of the streamers get decent viewership, and it shows glaringly when the entire reddit board simps for them so incredibly hard.

my fellow gamers please for the love of all beautiful and good please touch grass, socialize, talk to people, listen to others. I know gaming is so fun and having online friends can feel like its enough but have no social interactions not necessarily social life just interact with other people outside can help us not be detach of life. The gaming space specially for us guys have had such a negative perception of being these weird and creepy dude, i dont really know why some guys are like that. I dont have a phycology degree but surely not touching grass and just staring at your monitor 24 hours a day isnt helping it. Please oh my god stop being creeps.

When the allegations first came out against rated, koil criticised the woman for not speaking out sooner and tried to gaslight her for rightly being scared of the hate she would get. He defended rated by saying there was no evidence. Then the evidence got posted and he went very silent because he knew he took the wrong side. He even admitted in that discord post that they only banned rated after seeking "legal advice". So up until that point both the server admins and the rest of CG were perfectly fine with his conduct. And yes they were a million percent aware of his behaviour because as Kath said, it had been going on for a long time during RP situations, being masked as in character the same way reddit loves to trash talk "Sam Baas". And other members of CG have added fuel to the fire. EG on multiple occasions female streamers havent felt comfortable RPing with rated and they tried to handle it using the blue ooc chat. Kebun and others have deliberately and maliciously mocked women for not wanting to be the victim of unwanted sexual approaches. So TLDR: Koil and CG have proven themselves time and time again to side with rated. Their repeated actions on stream, even after rated got banned, speak far louder than the words of their disingenuous PR statements.
