Unfortunately it's in every sport, ever body has the right to be fishing don't let no one make you feel any other way. However it probably is 1 bad attitude to 10 good.. Find yourself a good mate and just enjoy it for what it is.

What an amazing guy, he should be so proud of the fish he caught, it’s every anglers dream. The hate is pathetic and shouldn’t be happening why can’t we all just be happy for him? This is a perfect example of why I use mainline baits not just because they catch but to support the amazing community, mainline has never been just a company.

With all the hate and Toxicity that’s in carp fishing now, it’s no wonder I bolt straight into my bivvy when I see anyone walking the bank. I fish for me, along with a few good mates and no one else. Don’t give a toss what top-rod two swims down has caught or whatever he’s up too. Well done on the catch, a right result from a casual social, Will always be talked about with the mates you went with. 👍

First of all, OUTSTANDING video, very emotional. Wayne, deserves all the recognition he can get. Such a shame that there is so much controversy over weather it was the largest Caught in the UK. Who gives a damn, it’s a PB and what a excellent few days fishing. Fishing at south cerney for a couple of nights. Hopefully this delivers me some luck. What a story that Wayne. Must have been an emotional one. Sorry to hear the negativity you’re receiving. Sad! 😔😢

Its a shame that fishing can lead people to one of the ,seven, in their mind .., envy ... I can recall two guys that had done a night on a water I fish .. between them had caught zero .. I was left with the obvious swim to their right , wind hacking in to the margins and promptly landed 2 fish to just 18lb .. they both left with not a word of cheerio or good luck for the rest of the session .. hey ho!! A fish is a fish knowledge is precious.. luck is luck .. but courtesy is taught and should never be forgotten.. well done on that awesome fish .. its a carp thing ..its what we fish for . Problem now is…where do you go? I dropped out of the carp scene around 17 years back, for pretty much the same reason, had nowhere left to go. I personally went off and learnt to fly fish and started chasing new targets, it’s been this long since I got back into carp which I’m doing now.
