Just finished the game and now I’m playing again to be an evil tyrant cult leader who marries anyone and anything. Should be interesting. Sadly, my first marriage was to an elderly cow who died literally 2 seconds after walking out of the temple. I was devastated.

I love how Fruit's early leadership was all about his people and not wanting to sacrifice him then he learns they get old and tries one sacrifice and then just goes down the sacrificial rabbit hole.

This game just hits on all the right levels. Great soundtrack, cute af art style, well rounded gameplay. I don't even like roguelike games but I'm considering buying this one.

A lot of youtubers I'm subscribed to have been playing this game but I knew that the only playthrough I wanted to watch would be Fruit's and I have not been disappointed whatsoever so far and I'm excited to continue watching the series!

You didn't put down the lvl 2 refinery, it upgrades an existing one. You just didn't have enough planks to make it. Loving this lets play by the way Haha you found it later. I was hoping this video was an attempt at making the largest cult, but alas it is not. I can't find much on this, but I'm currently at 61 followers and it's getting a bit ridiculous. The main bottleneck seems to be the lifespan of the cultists vs how quickly I can recruit them. There's also the fact that when one dies, everyone runs over to him and about 20 people vomit all over his corpse. This immediately makes one cultist have to bedrest because he's sick sick. Feeding them all from half hunger takes about 30-40 meals. So far I'm keeping up production with with demand, but the next bottleneck is space. I have to eliminate food production to make more room for beds which at some point will hit an equilibrium, but again an equilibrium I may never actually be able to manifest since people are dying off almost as fast as I recruit new ones.

Is there a way to tell followers to harvest crops for you? Seems like you spend a lot of time gardening!
