How big is his neck? I'm a 52 year old Mr nobody potato 🥔 and mines 21" pumped, completely natty. The neck is one of the most easily responsive muscles to train. Anyone can get at least a 19" neck with a bit of training.

19:45 I believe he said when you lose water weight the chest will look even bigger. Which is true. When people go on a cut and lean out for the stage the fibers start to pop and the cuts start to be very noticeable and the chest actually looks even bigger than it did before even though it has less water in it and is actually smaller than before because of water loss, but since it looks more cut, it appears bigger.

@@AKHIMK obviously they take steroids like you’d have to be stupid not to think otherwise, however that doesn’t detract from the fact that it takes huge amounts of dedication, hard work and discipline. Genetics play a role but the above is what gets the results the steroids just pushing those results further to an extreme. If it was so easy why don’t all guys on roids look this big? Yes because it isn’t the roids driving all the results you see. If it was that easy you’d see far more people this size and it would be “normal”

having these pro guys in is an incredible experience for Larry, he's extremely lucky to get their knowledge of mind muscle connection and rep timings/holds. once larry nails this concept of training and not trying to get his sets over as quickly as possible, I personally think his physique would break the internet
