Brownies have to be soft and freshly baked, good flavor ,some nuts.when the inside is baked,gave the top time to brown,but not to long.

Whenever I try a brownie recipe, it comes out raw in the middle. That happens when I use brownie mix too. What am I doing wrong? Ps: I preheat my oven properly I follow the baking instructions

Some CPG contain more salt w/ingredient combinations. My opinion from tasting different brands over the years.
